I’m Ivette Lopez — a Cuban-American abstract artist based in Miami, Florida. My work is rooted in emotion, honesty, and the freedom of self-expression. I specialize in modern abstract art, often working with textured layers and neutral color palettes to create pieces that feel both grounded and deeply personal.
My journey with art began in childhood, but life led me into the world of fashion for many years. It wasn’t until the 2020 pandemic that I found myself returning to painting. What started as a creative outlet quickly reignited a lifelong passion. I realized that art wasn’t just something I loved — it was what I was meant to do.
Through my abstract paintings, I explore themes of growth, resilience, and vulnerability. Each canvas is a reflection of my experiences and emotions, allowing me to connect with others through texture, tone, and movement.
Today, I continue to create honest, minimal yet expressive works from my studio in Miami. My mission is to bring beauty, intention, and meaning into modern spaces — one piece at a time.
